Account Executives-Midwest and Texas

S1 IT Solutions, a highly regarded Technology Business Partner with a national footprint, is a leading Solution Provider for IBM.  We are seeking an Account Executive with a proven track record and will:

  • deliver sales success through relationship-based management and customer contact (in-person and telephone)
  • coordinate sales efforts internal (pre-sales technical) and external (manufacturer support) to enhance customer/prospect relationship and ensure sales success.
  • demonstrate excellent consultative sales skills and relationship building skills
  • adhere to the values and culture of a company with high customer service oriented expectations.
  • work well independently and within a team environment

Qualified candidates must have:

  • a minimum of five years experience selling complex multi-brand information technology solutions
  • a proven track record of sales success
  • current knowledge of IBM product lines System P, System X, and TotalStorage are required. 
  • strong industry network
  • working knowledge of DFW and Texas market and opportunities
  • sales of IBM software and professional services is a plus
