With eight years of in-depth, progressively responsible IT experience under his wing and a passion for electronics and technology, there is no question as to what some of the strengths are that James brings to our S1 technical team. His expertise includes multi-platform environments such as S8720, G650, G700/G350/G250, Avaya CCE/CTI, Modular Messaging, LANs/WANs, and Cisco Routers. His skills, which are directly related to his responsibilities as a Technical Consultant, include designing and implementing Avaya Solutions, Multi-site PBX/Call Centers, Voice Compression, PBX Hardware/Software troubleshooting, and Server/LAN/WAN Optimization.

James has accumulated multiple certifications, including: Avaya ACE-Implement: Enterprise Solution Architect, Cisco CCNA, and Microsoft MCSE. His personal hobbies and interests outside of S1 are in R/C helicopters, R/C airplanes, and most of all, playing a friendly game of fetch with his dog, Nakita.
