Jeff likes to get inside a customer's head and really get a grasp of their needs, not just from a technological perspective, but from an overall business standpoint as well. The latter, he believes, helps him better relate to the dollars-and-cents issues a customer faces when making IT decisions.

Jeff's traveled far and wide in the world of IT, with assignments ranging from semiconductor manufacture to designing and implementing wide-area networks. He has a BA in finance from Boise State University and an MBA and MIB (master of international business) from Pepperdine University. He is IBM RS/6000, IBM Enterprise Storage certified, IBM On Demand certified, as well as a Cisco sales associate. Prior to S1, he was general manager for Sawtooth Technology and a field service manager for SCP Global Technology.
