Jodi is truly a pioneer in the days before equal opportunity employment, she became the first-ever female professional in Mountain Bell's marketing organization. She's learned a ton about customer satisfaction over the years and says customer service is easy, just put yourself in the customer's shoes, then sell what they'd buy if they had your knowledge and experience.

Prior to working with S1, Jodi had a long career in the telecommunications industry with employment at Lucent Technologies, AT&T and Mountain Bell. She has attended marketing and product classes annually since 1973 and is a Certified Industry Consultant (AE/IC).
