Joshua Nagelmann brings a real-world education, experience, and IBM solution specialization to his role as converged solutions specialist at S1.

With recent experience in merchant and check services as well as retail sales, Nagelmann says he gained the conviction that "customer service is the key to success." While pursuing his education on a golf scholarship at the University of Idaho, he participated in a special business immersion style program designed around a partnership between the university and Hewlett-Packard. A proven team player, Nagelmann helped win the 2000 Big West Conference Golf Championship.
