ConvergeOne Acquires SourceOne, Inc.

ConvergeOne Holdings Corporation has acquired SourceOne, Inc., a technical solutions company providing expertise in planning, design, and implementation of data and voice networks. The announcement was made December 28, 2006. SourceOne (source1inc.com) is headquartered in Boise, ID, with regional offices in Vancouver, WA, Salt Lake City, UT, and Sacramento, CA.

The acquisition by ConvergeOne comes in partnership with SourceOne management and Nautic Partners, LLC, a private equity firm that specializes in the business services, healthcare, manufacturing, media, and communications industries. ConvergeOne recently acquired Combest, Inc. (combest.com), a leading provider in design, deployment, and management of telephony, data networking, and convergence solutions, based in Atlanta, GA.
